Fractional Ownership Vacation Club
Based on the fractional ownership model, purchase two or four weeks exclusive access to a luxury self-catering holiday Villa (3 or 4 bedroom option) Choice of Classic timeshare for perpetuity or 12 year ownership in a 2 or 3 bedroom chalet

Your ownership offers you:

  • Fully furnished units
  • Access to all of Legends Golf & Safari Resort facilities and services at discounted rates
  • The option to change your holiday home ownership usage time/s to a period within the year more convenient to you (subject to availability)
  • The option of exchanging your holiday home usage time for accommodation at another Beekman Managed Portfolio (BMP) resort. No exchange fee is charged.
  • The option of exchanging you holiday home resort usage time for accommodation at any one of over 4000 resorts worldwide through iExchange. You however will be responsible for the applicable local and international exchange fees.
  • The option of banking your holiday home usage time with the aim of earning income through your home resort's rental pool.
  • An investor card, which provides a range of discounted benefits for any activity at the resort requiring payment. Discounts are based on the 2 different club types so the greater the amount invested at your home resort, the greater the discounts
  • A dedicated support team and interactive website to assist you with your BMP related queries.
